Jim and Monte joined the Windermere’s Eastlake office in 2002. This office, poised at the south end of Lake Union, is ideally located for their focus on the urban Seattle market. With over 27 years of combined experience in residential real estate, Jim and Monte offer an outstanding level of real estate knowledge. Both are licensed Managing Brokers, and have participated in a wide range of real estate transactions, including luxury residential properties, condominiums, rental properties, and land sales in King, Snohomish and Kitsap counties.

Northwest natives, Jim and Monte have fully embraced Seattle’s vibrant urban lifestyle, which they enrich with regular get-aways to their beach property in north Kitsap.
Licensed as a commercial pilot for over 20 years, Jim is also passionate about northwest salmon and trout fishing, and creating opportunities for others to experience these classic northwest adventures first hand. Skiing, hiking, and hunting all follow suit with Jim’s intense yearning for his time in the wilderness. And because giving back to the community is such an ingrained value, Jim also sits on two boards of youth leadership and business leadership organizations.
Monte contributes to the community as well, serving on a committe for Street Yoga, a local non-profit. As an avid fitness enthusiast, Monte enjoys running and lifting weights ... and he’s passionate about his latest fitness discovery – Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga! As you might guess, Monte enjoys helping others embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. Other favorite activities include gardening, interior design, and photography, all of which allow Monte to utilize his keen eye for design and express his radiant zest for life.
